The lender’s loan portfolio totalled 144.3 billion leks at the end of March, up 5% from a year earlier, Credins Bank said in an interim financial report last week.
Credins Bank’s deposit portfolio expanded to 279.5 billion leks as at end-March, from 260 billion leks a year earlier.
Total assets increased 8% year-on-year to 323.8 billion leks at the end of March.
Credins Bank was the second largest bank among eleven banks operating in Albania at the end of the first quarter, holding 16.3% of the total assets of the country's banking system, according to the Albanian banks' association, AAB.
