November 5 (SeeNews) - Albania's trade balance for the first nine months of the year showed a deficit of 226.3 billion leks ($2.4 billion/1.8 billion euro), 14.4% higher on the year, the National Statistics Institute, INSTAT, said on Wednesday.

In September alone the country's trade deficit was 25.8 billion leks, the office said in a monthly report.
