June 10 (SeeNews) - The non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of Albania's banking system inched up to 4.8% at the end of April, from 4.6% a month earlier, the central bank said on Monday.

On an annual comparison basis, the NPL ratio decreased at the end of April, from 5.2% in the same month of 2023, the central bank said in a data release.
The data refers to the loan portfolios of eleven banks operating in Albania.
