November 24 (SeeNews) - Albania’s cadastre agency, ASHK, said on Friday it has signed a 226 million leks ($2.4 million/2.2 million euro) contract with a consortium of local engineering operators for the renovation of two floors of a six-storey office building in Tirana.
The tie-up between construction companies Adstar and 2T will have to carry out a turnkey revamp of the fourth and fifth floors within a one-year timeframe, ASHK said in a signed contract notice.
