Budget for the contract is estimated at 144 million leks ($1.5 million/1.4 million euro), ADF said in a tender notice.
Prospective bidders must be able to conduct topographic measurements, install sand-filled geotextile mattresses to protect the embankment from water, build a 34-metre wooden bridge and two 17-metre bridges to allow water flow, and set up three observation points. All works should be completed within a year.
The Karavasta Lagoon is situated in the Divjake municipality, separated from the Adriatic Sea by a strip of land, and is part of a national park protected under the international wetland treaty of Ramsar.
Offers can be submitted until June 14.
