The project is part of a greater initiative aiming at the urban transformation of several public places across Albania, AFD said in a tender notice.

Prospective bidders must be able to complete the project within a year, ADF noted.

The boulevard has been reconstructed in 2016 with a budget of 105 million leks as part of an urban revamp project, but by 2021 it had become dilapidated.

Offers must be submitted until June 5.
