Albania opens 4 mln euro tender to improve civil registry

Currently, the civil registry depends on constant synchronisation between two data centres. Managing such a system is a complex task which requires significant resources, AKSHI said in a tender notice.

Bidders must be able to streamline the infrastructure by moving it to a new single database and test it within a year, and provide maintenance for two other years. They can submit their offers until July 8.
