June 3 (SeeNews) - The Albanian Development Fund (ADF) said on Monday it has opened tenders for four contracts with engineering companies to design upcoming projects of historic site restoration, as well as construction and reconstruction of civil, industrial and technological facilities, and roads and bridges, with a budget estimated at 333.3 million leks ($3.6 million euro/3.3 million euro) in total.
Prospective bidders must be able to deliver each project’s terms of reference (TORs), the project idea, construction permit roadmap, prepare tender documents, and detailed design of the project implementation within two years, ADF said in a tender notice.
To plan the development of connectivity facilities, such as roads and bridges, a budget of 166.6 million leks has been earmarked, whereas for projects of civil, industrial, sports, and residential facilities, the estimated budget amounts to 83.3 million leks.
The designated budget for consultancy in the development of industrial and technological projects, as well as project design for the restoration of historical sites, is 41.6 million leks for each contract.
Offers for all four tenders can be submitted until July 5.
