Albania opens 3.1 mln euro power line tender

November 22 (SeeNews) - Albania’s power grid operator OST said on Wednesday it has opened a tender for the relocation of power lines impacted by an upcoming road linking north to south of the country, under a budget valued at 326.5 million leks ($3.4 million/3.1 million euro).

Prospective bidders are required to demonstrate the ability to transfer the power lines along the future Thumanë – Vorë – Kashar road and reassemble the dismantled pylons in the Fier-Rrashbull power line within a one-year period, OST said in a tender notice.

Offers can be submitted until December 7.
