Albania opens 3 mln euro tender for e-permit system

Prospective bidders should be able to integrate environmental permits and construction permits into a joint application system within a year, as well as provide maintenance for the revamped system for two years, AKSHI said in a tender notice.

Offers can be submitted until April 19.
