The carrier launched tender procedures for the two aircraft in October, aiming to have them delivered by March, news portal EX-YU Aviation reported on Thursday.
Air Montenegro is seeking agreements with a duration of between three and a half and six years and will only consider E190 and E195 aircraft in an all-economy class layout with a minimum of 110 seats.
Air Montenegro has already signed wet-lease agreements for the upcoming summer season with Ukraine’s Windrose Airlines for an Embraer 195, and with Croatia's Trade Air for an Airbus A320.
