Adris, Koncar push lower Croatian equity indices, Zvecevo shines

March 27 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) edged lower on Wednesday, amidst losses in Adris [ZSE: ADRS2] and Koncar [ZSE:KOEI], bourse data showed.

The total on-exchange turnover doubled to 2.0 million euro ($2.2 million) compared to the previous trading day.

The 21-share benchmark CROBEX dipped 0.22% to close at 2,842.41 points.

The narrower equity index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, lost 0.25% to 1,716.36 points.

Preferred shares of diversified holding company Adris were the most traded stock with a turnover of 481,100 euro, as its shares fell 1.31% to 60.20 euro.

Shares of electrical concern Koncar went down 0.75% to 264 euro in a turnover of 197,000 euro.

Shares of fast moving consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] appreciated 0.86% to 58.50 euro in a turnover of 131,000 euro.

The biggest daily gainer was confectionery producer Zvecevo [ZSE:ZVCV] as its shares surged 30.86% to 10.60 euro on the news that UAE-based company Flexway DMC has acquired a 75.248% stake in it and will launch a bid for the rest of the shares.
