11% stake in Serbia's Lasta sold on Belgrade bourse

February 28 (SeeNews) - A stake of some 11% in Serbian bus transport company Lasta [BEL:LSTA] changed hands on the Belgrade Stock Exchange for an overall 145.26 million dinars ($1.34 million/1.24 million euro) earlier this week, bourse data showed.

On February 26, a total of 264,116 Lasta shares changed hands in three transactions. The share price rose 1.82% to close at 560 dinars, data from the Belgrade bourse indicated. There has been no information yet on who the parties in the deal are.

The city of Belgrade's stake is divided into about 264,000 shares, sparking speculation in local media that it is the seller.

Lasta's capital is divided into 2.3 million shares of 1,035 dinars in par value each.
