1954 – Modno Obleklo is established in Stara Zagora, southern Bulgaria.
July 5, 1991 – The company is registered as a subsidiary of the state-owned clothing producer Stil, based in Kazanlak, central Bulgaria.
Nov 20, 1991 – Modno Obleklo transforms into a state-owned limited liability.
Mar 22, 1996 – The company transforms into a state-owned joint stock company.
1999 – Modno Obleklo AD is privatised. Later, the company lists on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
July 24, 2000 – Modno Obleklo AD delists from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (Stock Symbol: MODOB).
May 16, 2014 - The company changes its main activity to investment and real estate management from clothing production. Modno Obleklo AD moves its headquarters to Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, from Stara Zagora.
June 18, 2015 - Modno Obleklo AD changes its name to Zagora Fininvest AD.
Nov 16, 2016 - The company moves its headquarters to Stara Zagora from Sofia.
Mar 29, 2017 - Zagora Fininvest AD lists on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Apr 1, 2020 - The company moves its headquarters to Sofia from Stara Zagora.
