Aug 15, 1947 - Jugopetrol - Skopje is established in Skopjе, the capital of North Macedonia.
1972 - Jugopetrol takes over the local forwarding company Mlaz-Bogdanci.
1973 - Jugopetrol acquires the local trading company Komerc.
1976 - Jugopetrol takes over Macedonian company Seca, a retailer and wholesaler of buildings materials.
1977 - Jugopetrol acquires the local petroleum products wholesaler Tehnopetrol.
1980 - Jugopetrol changes its name to Makpetrol.
1990 - Makpetrol transforms into a joint-stock company.
1998 - Makpetrol AD is privatised and its shares lists on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
