1997 - Makedonski Telekomunikacii AD lists on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
Jan 15, 2000 - The Macedonian Privatisation Agency sells a 51% stake in Makedonski Telekomunikacii AD to a consortium, led by Hungarian telecommunications provider Matav for EUR 350 mln.
2001 - Makedonski Telekomunikacii AD becomes part of Deutsche Telekom Group.
June 1, 2001 - Makedonski Telekomunikacii AD establishes its mobile telephony subsidiary Mobimak, later renamed to T-Mobile.
June 2006 - The Government organises am auction to sell part of its shares in the company, resulting in more than new 100 shareholders in Makedonski Telekom AD.
June 3, 2008 - Makedonski Telekomunikacii AD changes its name to Makedonski Telekom AD.
July 1, 2015 - T-Mobile merges into Makedonski Telekom AD.
