1947 - Intereuropa is established as a limited liability company.
1995 - The company is privatised.
Jan 12, 1998 - Intereuropa d.d. lists on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
1999 - The company establishes its subsidiary Intereuropa-East in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
September 2001 - Intereuropa d.d. buys a 67% stake in Bosnian company Robno Transportni Centar specialised in the storage and shipment of goods and customs services.
2002 - The company acquires a 100% stake in Croatian company RTC Varazdin d.d. and Slovenia's STC d.d. Celje.
2004 - Intereuropa d.d. acquires a 100% stake in the Austrian company Schneider & Peklar GmbH and the German company Intereuropa Transport & Spedition GmbH.
Mar 18, 2010 - The company takes over Slovenian company Intereuropa IT d.o.o., which ceases to exist as a separate legal entity.
Nov 15, 2012 - Intereuropa d.d. sells its Russian subsidiary Intereuropa-East Ltd.
November 2019 - Slovenian lender Nova KBM d.d. sold its 14.68% share in Intereuropa d.d. for an undisclosed sum. Local Posta Slovenije d.d. buys 72.13% of the company`s shares.
