1956 – State-owned Intreprinderea de Transport Titei prin Conducte (Crude Oil Pipeline Transport Company) is established and takes over the operations of all crude oil pipelines in Romania.
Nov 20, 1990 – Conpet is established as a joint stock company, after the restructuring of former Intreprinderea de Transport Titei prin Conducte.
1994 – The Romanian state takes a USD 64.7 mln loan from the World Bank to rehabilitate the country's oil pipeline system.
2002 – The Romanian National Agency for Mineral Resources issues a concession to Conpet to operate the national oil mains.
April 2004 – Conpet takes over the oil transportation assets of oil transport company Petrotrans SA Ploiesti under a government decision.
Aug 4, 2004 – Conpet SA lists on the Romanian over-the-counter market RASDAQ.
Junе 7, 2005 – Conpet SA is transferred to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, RGBS technical platform.
