Apr 5, 2006 - AD Plastik d.d. acquires metals processing company Metind d.o.o.
Oct 30, 2007 - The company sells its stakes of 100% in AB Ovo Salona Club d.o.o and 49% in its boats manufacturer AD Brodovi d.o.o. to Bosnian company Prevent Cutting d.o.o.
Sept 30, 2009 - AD Plastik d.d. and French automotive company Faurecia Automotive Holdings (FAH) sign a contract for the establishment of a joint-venture for production and sale of automobiles on the Russian market, in which AD Plastik holds 40% and FAH holds 60%.
Jan 22, 2010 - AD Plastik d.d. increases its share in subsidiary company ZAO PHR to 99.9% from 89.79%.
