Romania's OMV Petrom to build PV plant/BESS in Bulgaria

Romania’s top oil and gas group OMV Petrom said on Monday that it will begin construction of a 415 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) plant and a 600 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Bulgaria, with total investment in the project estimated at 300 million euro ($348.2 million).
