April 16 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.12% to 513.66 points on Friday, hurt by a drop in the share price of resort operator Albena [BUL:ALB].
Albena's share price fell 7.98% to 30 levs on Friday, after rising 14.79% on Thursday. Both trading sessions saw few deals in Albena shares.
Other major blue-chip decliners on Friday included Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:CCB] and Telelink Business Services Group (TBS Group) [BUL:TBS], which lost 2% and 1.23%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged up 0.03% to 116.61 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.13% to 560.09 points.
The BGREIT index, which follows the performance of seven real estate investment trusts, added 0.34% to 144.92 points.
Total trading turnover amounted to 1.1 million levs ($673,000/562,000 euro).
