April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software and IT services group Bianor Holding [BUL:BNR] will auction on April 4 the unexercised rights for its capital increase, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Wednesday.
Bianor will offer for sale 600,554 rights, to which no shares have been subscribed, BSE said in a notice.
Orders for the unexercised rights can be placed between 1315 and 1345 local time on April 4.
Last month, Bianor launched its capital hike process, in which it is offering some 5.48 million new ordinary voting shares at 3.70 levs ($2.03/1.89 euro) apiece. Each 1.254 rights held correspond to one new share in the company.
The raised funds will go towards expanding Bianor's portfolio of companies providing software services, the company said earlier.
Shares in Bianor last traded on Tuesday when they closed at 4.14 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
