December 10 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,906.74 points on Friday, up 0.7% compared with its closing value of 5,865.41 points on December 3, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) rose to 292.1 million denars ($5.4 million/4.7 million euro) in four trading sessions this week, compared with 144.2 million denars in five trading sessions last week.
The bourse was closed on December 8 due to a national holiday.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week, of about 24.2 million denars, as 2,221 of the lender's shares changed hands in a total of 92 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 133.66 points, unchanged compared with December 3.
