Oct 1, 1948 - The City Council of Bitola establishes Komunalna Banka Bitola as a community bank in Bitola, southern North Macedonia.
Oct 8, 1956 - The bank is incorporated in the structure of district bank Komunalna Banka Bitola.
1966 - Komunalna Banka Bitola and the community banks in Ohrid, Resen and Krusevo, all in southwestern North Macedonia, and Struga, western North Macedonia, merge to form Komercijalno-Investiciona Banka Bitola.
Feb 9, 1973 - The bank starts operation as a branch of newly-formed Stopanska Banka, resulting from the merger of Komercijalno-Investiciona Banka Bitola, Komercijalno-Investiciona Banka Skopje and Stopanska Banka - Zadruzhena Banka Skopje.
Dec 23, 1977 - The bank, operating under the name Stopanska Banka - Osnovna Banka Bitola, becomes legally independent but connected to the system of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje.
June 7, 1995 - The bank spins off from Stopanska Banka AD Skopje and becomes an independent legal entity.
June 18, 1998 - Stopanska Banka AD Bitola starts trading on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
