SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 1 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Retail&Logistics Complex GO said on Tuesday it will invest 10 million euro ($15 million) by the end of 2014 to upgrade and expand its base in the industrial zone of the city of Gorna Oryahovitsa, in northern Bulgaria.
The project, due for kick-off in 2010, will add new storage, office and production facilities to the existing over 22,000 square metres of warehousing, administrative and retail stock which will be upgraded, the company said in a statement.
The new facilities will include refrigerated storage space and clean-rooms for hi-tech production, the statement said.
Retail&Logistics Complex GO (www.rlc.bg) has a footprint of 70,000 square metres and is located near European transport Corridor IX linking the Aegean Sea region with Northern Europe. It also offers 12,000 square metres of outdoor storage space.
