May 9 (SeeNews) - An auction for the sale of a 54.77% equity stake in the Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856 shipyard owned by Croatia's bankrupt shipbuilding company Uljanik Brodogradiliste failed to attract investors, local media reported.
No bidders have shown interest in the open bidding auction scheduled on May 8, public TV broadcaster HRT reported on Monday.

A new meeting of the creditors of Uljanik Brodogradiliste will be held to decide how much the price of the stake will be reduced at the next, third attempt for its sale, HRT said.
