April 25 (SeeNews) - Creditors of Croatia's bankrupt shipyard Uljanik Brodogradiliste decided on Tuesday to put up for sale the company's entire 54.77% equity stake in local shipyard Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856 in an open bidding auction.
The minimum price of the stake has been set at 20.7 million euro ($22.7 million), according to a protocol of a creditors' meeting published on the website of the commercial court in Pazin.
The auction is expected to take place in mid-May.
A public auction for the stake by collecting written bids failed to attract bids by the time its deadline expired on April 11, state TV broadcaster HRT reported earlier this month.
