August 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering company Institut IGH [ZSE:IGH] said on Tuesday it signed a contract worth 2.1 million euro ($2.5 million) with Bosnia's Federation motorway company Autoceste FBiH for the supervision of construction works on a motorway section.
IGH will supervise works on the 4.9 km Tarcin - Ivan tunnel section, part of European transport Corridor Vc, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The section includes two bridges. It should be built in 46 months.
Corridor Vc has a total length of 700 km and connects the port of Ploce in Croatia with Budapest in Hungary via Bosnia. Its length in Bosnia is some 340 km.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
