July 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's BDZ Passengers, part of state-owned railway group BDZ Holding, said on Wednesday that it has relaunched a 3.5 million levs ($2 million/1.8 million euro) tender for repair of seven electric locomotives.
Candidates should prove they have generated a minimum total turnover of at least 7 million levs in the past three full financial years, and a minimum turnover of 3.5 million levs from repairs of electric locomotives in the period, BDZ Passengers said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is August 5.
The initial tender was launched in April but subsequently halted over a complaint filed with the Commission for Protection of Competition.
