April 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned technological company Information Services said on Monday its pre-tax profit rose by 30% year-on-year, reaching 2 million levs ($1.1 million/1.02 million euro) in the first three months of the year.
Total revenues amounted to 6.76 million levs in the period under review.
The increase came on the back of the signing of new contracts and works on contracts signed at in late 2016, the company said in a statement.
The company specializes in the development and maintenance of major information systems, including those at the finance ministry, the national revenue agency and the customs agency. The company also is a technoligical partner of the central election commission.
