November 19 (SeeNews) - Updates with the appointment of Sergei Ignatov as new Minister of Education, Youth and Science, who was sworn in on Thursday.
Ignatov replaced Yordanka Fanakova who won the vote for Sofia mayor on Sunday.
Bulgaria has a one-party government formed by the right-of-centre GERB party of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov which won the July 5 general election.
