In monthly comparison terms, Greece registered the third-biggest rise in services production in the EU in the review month, at 2.3%, which was also the biggest among EU member states in Southeast Europe (SEE), the bloc's statistical office said in a monthly report.
At the same time, Slovenia's services output marked the bloc's steepest fall month-on-month, at 1.9%.
Romania, on the other hand, saw the sole annual decline in services output among EU states in SEE and third-largest in the EU, at 2.4%.
In the EU overall, services output grew by 4.8% year-on-year and by a monthly 1.1% in February.
