May 22 (SeeNews) - Austria's Steiermarkische Bank und Sparkassen (Steiermarkische Sparkasse) said on Tuesday it has increased it stake in its Bosnian unit Sparkasse Bank by 1.2471% to 98.2898% following a takeover offer.
Steiermarkische Sparkasse said earlier it will launch a buyout bid for the 2.9573% interest it did not already hold in its Bosnian unit.

The lender's takeover offer was accepted by 149 shareholders, it said in a Sarajevo bourse filing.
Following the offer, Steiermarkische Sparkasse owns 849,944 shares in its Bosnian unit.
