May 11 (SeeNews) - The four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) kept their rising trend on Thursday, with the blue-chip SOFIX jumping 1.57% to 631.43 points, bourse data showed.
The strong performance of the benchmark index was supported by a 7.86% growth in energy and insurance conglomerate Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG] to 1.51 levs in a trading volume of 11,000.

Fertiliser maker Neochim [BUL:NEOH] was also a gainer among the SOFIX constituents, closing 2.09% higher at 39.00 levs. At the same time, IoT maker Allterco [BUL:A4L] was the sole blue-chip decliner, slipping 0.89% to 22.20 levs.
Eurohold drove consecutive, albeit more modest gains also in the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, and in the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight.
The BGBX40 climbed 0.84% to 142.83 points, further supported by a 6.30% rise in diversified group Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:ZHBG] to 0.135 levs with 10,540 shares traded. By contrast, battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] dropped 10.00% to 0.99 levs while Synergon Holding [BUL:SNRG] erased 8.33% to 0.88 levs.
The BGTR30 added 0.53% to 729.34 points, held back by a 0.53% slip in M+S Hydraulic [BUL:MSH] to 9.35 levs.
Lastly, the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, inched up 0.06% to 190.33 points after Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] was the only one of the two traded stocks to finish in the green, up 0.29% to 3.48 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Sofia bourse dropped for the second day in a row, reaching 612,152 levs ($341,749/312,988 euro) on Thursday from 757,258 levs on Wednesday.
The most liquid stock of the day was resort operator Albena [BUL:ALB], which generated 140,000 levs from 5,000 units traded and closed 1.45% higher at 28.00 levs.
