January 17 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, set yet another all-time high closing value after adding 0.50% to 134.45 points on Friday.
This is the BGREIT's tenth record-high close set so far this year.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.29% to 580.10 points, ending a three-day winning run. Lenders First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] and Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] led decliners among blue chips, losing 5.45% and 2.44%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged down 0.12% to 114.02 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, decreased 0.11% to 524.73 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover amounted to some 455,000 levs.
