LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), August 16 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 2.1% year-on-year in June, after rising by 2.0% in May, the national statistical office said on Friday, citing provisional figures.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly earnings in Slovenia fell by a real 0.8% in June, after adding 1.0% in May.
In nominal terms, the average net wage increased 3.6% on the year to 1,107.96 euro ($1,233.07) in June. On a monthly comparison basis, wages fell by a nominal 0.5%.
The average gross monthly wage in Slovenia rose to 1,717.78 euro in June, up by a nominal 4.3% and a real 2.8% higher year-on-year.
