Regarding the remainder of the portfolio of non-performing claims, the vendor is continuing negotiations, NLB said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse.
"NLB continues to take an active approach to the management of non-performing loans and, in accordance with the NPL strategy of the NLB Group, is successfully reducing their volume, both through organic reduction and through so-called package sales," it noted.
The portfolio up for sale comprises well-diversified non-performing exposures held by NLB and companies from the NLB group, the lender said in a filing to the Ljubljana bourse.
