June 21 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR] (NLB) plans to issue green senior preferred notes in the aggregate nominal amount of 500 million euro ($546 million) on June 27, it said.
The notes will bear annual interest of 7.125% and the issue price will be equal to 100% of their nominal amount, NLB said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The maturity date of the notes will be June 27, 2027, with NLB having the option for early redemption on June 27, 2026, the bank said.
The lender decided to issue the notes on the basis of orders received from eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the USA, it added.
NLB shares closed at 76.60 euro on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday, up 0.79%. As of 1006 CET on Wednesday, shares in the bank traded down 0.78% at 76.0 euro.
