September 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's finance ministry has completed the early redemption of 2030 notes with a total value of 56.3 million euro ($66.1 million), it said on Wednesday.
Following completion of the buyback, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes that remain outstanding is 1.144 billion euro, the finance ministry said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
The purchased notes will be canceled pursuant to the buyback following completion of their settlement, the finance ministry said.
The notes, issued on April 15, 2020, bear an annual coupon of 0.875%.
