LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 17 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Slovenia climbed 6.6% year-on-year to 54,259 in the first ten months of 2016, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Thursday.
In October alone, new passenger car sales in the country decreased 3.9% on the year to 5,239, ACEA said in a statement.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, were up by 7.2% to 12.3 million in the first ten months of the year.
In 2015, new passenger car registrations in Slovenia increased 11.5% to 59,450.
