SKOPJE (North Macedonia), April 3 (SeeNews) – The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 3,731.41 points on Friday, up 14.6% compared to the closing value a week earlier, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) fell to 150.57 million denars ($2.66 million/2.47 million euro) this week from 235.75 million denars the previous week.
The bourse suspended trading for an hour on Tuesday after its blue-chip index increased sharply.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week – of 62.56 million denars, as 10,747 of the lender's shares changed hands in 198 transactions.
MSE's OMB bond index closed at 133.11 points on Friday, the same value as a week earlier.
