July 4 (SeeNews) - Reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] was the top blue-chip gainer in Wednesday's trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Sava Re shares rose 3.03% to 17 euro ($19.8) in a trading turnover of 6,710 euro.
Slovenian hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] fell the most among blue chips, closing 2.70% lower at 18 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose by 1.0% to 877.94 points. The index lost 0.46% on Tuesday.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE rose to 1.66 million euro on Wednesday from 1.3 million euro on Tuesday.
Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] generated the day's largest turnover of 515,830 levs.
