January 9 (SeeNews) - Star Foods, the Romanian snack food division of PepsiCo International, is investing 2.5 million euro ($3.2 million) in a new finished goods warehouse, the designer of the facility, Epstein Architecture & Engineering, said on Monday.
Epstein Architecture & Engineering has recently started building near Romania’s capital Bucharest the new facility which will be delivered by mid 2012, it said in a press release.
The facility will be built as an extension to Star Food’s existing plant and will have a total area of approximately 4,500 square metres.
Epstein Architecture & Engineering is providing full architecture, engineering and construction project management services for the warehouse.
Epstein Architecture & Engineering is a Chicago-based architecture, engineering and construction company, active on the Romanian market for more than five years, developing projects for international clients including Lufkin Industries, Cameron, Emerson, WDP Development, and OMV Petrom.
