February 25 (SeeNews) - London-listed Globalworth Real Estate Investment said on Thursday that Romanian furniture producer and retailer Mobexpert has leased a 2,000 sq m space within its mixed-use project in Constanta, developed in partnership with Global Vision.
The space will include office and storage areas meant to serve Mobexpert’s clients in Southeastern Romania, Globalworth said in a press release.
"For Mobexpert, the sales volume continues to increase in Southeastern Romania, and the decision to rent a space in the newest and most modern business park in the region is in line with our development strategy," Mobexpert owner Dan Sucu said.
Following the deal, the mixed-use project Constanta Business Park has reached a 70% occupancy rate just a few months after its delivery. The first logistics unit within the park has a total area of 21,300 sqm, while the whole project is being developed on a plot of some 100 hectares.
The development of Constanța Business Park is estimated to run until 2024 and will be executed in several stages, resulting in a rentable area of over 400k sqm on completion. In the first phase, which was delivered in July 2020, Globalworth Industrial developed a logistics warehouse with a rentable area of 21,300 sqm.
Globalworth is real estate company active in Central and Eastern Europe, quoted on the AIM-segment of the London Stock Exchange.
