August 23 (SeeNews) - Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:P2B] shares started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday, with the first transaction in the company's shares priced at 4 levs ($2.26/2.05 euro) apiece for a volume of 64,000 units, or 0.64% interest in the company.
The price of 4 levs per Port Flot-Burgas share corresponds to a market capitalisation of 40 million levs for the company, bourse data shows.
There were no other deals in the company's shares by 11:00 CET on Friday.
The indicative reference price per share for the first trading session was 1 lev.
At the time of its listing, the company was 99.99% owned by local ARZ Holding-2002, according to commercial register data. Local private investor Dimitar Hristov controled the remaining 1 share.
ARZ Holding-2002 is fully owned by Great Britain-registered Monterina Ltd.
