March 7 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said that poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] and diversified groups Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] and Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] will join its blue-chip SOFIX index as of March 18.
The three companies will replace battery manufacturer Monbat [BUL:5MB], resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] and construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] in the composition of the SOFIX, the Sofia exchange said in a statement on Wednesday.

In June 2018, Gradus raised 81.4 million levs in a two-day initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE - the biggest IPO on the exchange since 2007. Investors subscribed for 45.2 million Gradus shares, or 81% of the total offering, at a price of 1.8 levs apiece.
IHB and Doverie United Holding dropped out of the SOFIX in the previous revision of the index base made in September 2018.
Monbat, Albena and Trace Group Hold are the three biggest decliners among the SOFIX members since the start of the year. Albena's shares have lost 17.47% in the January 1 - March 6 period, while Trace Group Hold and Monbat have dropped 10.56% and 10.13%, respectively.
The three new SOFIX members - Gradus, IHB and Doverie United Holding, all traded higher on Thursday. As at 12:00 CET, IHB was the biggest gainer on the Sofia exchange, rising 3.74%. Doverie's shares were up 2.90%, while Gradus traded 0.56% higher.
Trace Group Hold was the biggest loser among all BSE-listed companies by 12:00 CET, trading 5.51% lower. Monbat's shares were 2.82% down by that hour, while Albena traded unchanged.
The BSE also revised the composition of its other three indices.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, will have six new members as of March 18 - Gradus [BUL:GR6], Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS], Aktiv Properties REIT [BUL:5AX], Oil and Gas Exploration and Production [BUL:4O1], Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:1VX], and Galata Investment Company [BUL:GTH].
Lavena [BUL:4L4], Emka [BUL:57E], Billboard [BUL:5BP], Bulgarian River Shipping [BUL:5BR], Alcomet [BUL:6AM], and FairPlay Properties REIT [BUL:6F3] will drop out of the BGBX40 index base.
The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, will have ten new additions - Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:1VX], Gradus [BUL:GR6], Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS], Galata Investment Company [BUL:GTH], Himsnab Bulgaria [BUL:58E], Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2], Severcoop Gamza Holding [BUL:6S4], Balkan and Sea Properties REIT [BUL:5H4], 235 Holdings [BUL:94G], Aktiv Properties REIT [BUL:5AX].
The ten BGTR30 dropouts are Neochim [BUL:3NB], Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:3NJ], Hydraulic Elements and Systems [BUL:4HE], Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:4I8], Korado Bulgaria [BUL:4KX], Texim Bank [BUL:5CP], Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7], Agria Group Holding [BUL:A72], Synthetica [BUL:EHN], and Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57].
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, will see one change - Aktiv Properties REIT [BUL:5AX] will replace Bulland Investments REIT [BUL:5BD].
