September 17 (SeeNews) - Russia's Gazprom gas exports to Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Greece grew sharply from January to mid-August, the company said
Gas supplies to Romania soared 348% in the review period, while exports to Serbia expanded by 126%, Gazprom said, citing preliminary data.
The company's exports to Bulgaria rose by 52% and exports to Greece increased by 13% in the review period.
At the same time, gas supplies to Turkey went up 158%, Gazprom added.
According to the statement, Gazprom produced 357.7 billion cu m of gas between January and mid-August, which is 17.8% more on an annual comparison basis.
