May 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian baking company Zagrebacke Pekarne Klara [ZSE:ZPKL] will propose to its shareholders to skip dividend payment this year, it said.
Some 178,500 kuna ($26,000/24,000 euro) out of the company’s net profit of 2.5 million kuna for 2022 will be allocated to cover the loss reported for 2021, and the remainder of some 2.3 million kuna will be retained, the company said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 29.
Zagrebacke Pekarne Klara's shares last traded on the ZSE on March 24 when they closed flat at 22.60 euro.
