July 13 (SeeNews) - A tie-up led by Croatian civil engineering company Institut IGH [ZSE:IGH] said on Monday it has signed a 29.9 million kuna ($4.5 million/4 million euro) contract with motorway company Autoceste FBiH to prepare the design of a 40.5 km express road section in southern Bosnia.
The consortium also comprising companies IGH Mostar, Integra Mostar and GEOCON Citluk will prepare the design of an express road from Polog, near Mostar, to the Croatian border, Institut IGH said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
The deadline for the job is 18 months.
The tie-up will also prepare a feasibility study and an environmental impact study for the project.
Last month, IGH signed three new contracts for the supervision of the construction and reconstruction works with state-owned road operator Hrvatske Ceste worth a total of 12.3 million kuna.
Last week, it signed a 5.3 million kuna deal with railway infrastructure operator HZ Infrastruktura for the supervision of the reconstruction of a railway section from the capital Zagreb to Savski Marof, on the border with Slovenia.
