- Magnum Hotels, owned by Austria's AG, has so far failed to find a buyer for its Bristol, Opatija and Astoria hotels in the Adriatic town of Opatija and for the Apoksiomen hotel on the Adriatic island of Losinj after the properties had been on the market for at least two years. The Austrian owners have invested heavily in the hotel properties to upgrade them to a four-star rating.
- Croatian food producer Belje, part of the Agrokor concern, has signed an agreement on purchase and transfer of 108,034 shares of Croatian agricultural company Moslavka, thus acquiring a 56.35% stake in the company.

- In the first nine months of the year, a total of 611 building permits were granted in Croatian capital Zagreb, down 38% from a year earlier.
